    Basicaly, Your cpu isnt keeping up with your GPU, and the 1gb ram isnt helping either.

            I run the same set up.
            Intel 820D
            7800gtx
            I had started with 1gig ddr2 533 and was having shuttering problems.
            I bought 2gigs ddr2 667 and all is smooth. 1680x1050 max settings no aa and getting 60-70fps.
