My war against the claymore lamerts .

I am getting so sick off those clymorespammers, I start to do something against those morons.

There are two thing I do ,

- one
when I spot a claymore blocking a flag, OK, no problem, can't pass, so I spawnrape, sometimes they start whining "rombaft you dam spwnraper", and I just reply, sorry guys, can't pass due to claymores, so I wait untill claymore is gone, till then I spwnrape .

-second
I spot claymore and wait next to it, when I see an enemy comming near it, I run to the claymore, claymore gets triggered by me, blows up taking one or more enemy's with it , so the claymore spammer gets some TK's , some even got kicked because they reached limit of tk's on the server.


If you ask me, beeing able to put FF off for claymores was the biggest mistake DICE made, they should off known the claymore would have been abused by the noobs and lamerts

I take it that you can't destroy em with grenades? I'd put that into the next EA/DICE patch suggestion box I suppose. :P

Im afraid i gotta agree with jarhead! i dont really see them as much of a problem.. except one time. i was an engy on mashtuur, and was half way through removing an enemy claymore - some tool was watching me do it and ran right in front of the mine.. i got the teamkill for it??

The claymores are nothing. It's the grenade spam and the Artillery that really ruin this game... Actually, my main beef is with the Artillery; the nade spam would be bearable if Artillery was nerfed or something...

Claymores are a weapon used in battles and wars.........is this game not about Battles?

Can you imagine a real serviceman saying "Oh these claymores are for lamers please don't place them anywhere or I might die"

And as for blocking flags or stairs well thats all about defense, you defend a flag or a building for strategic reasons.

I place Claymores on Karkand all the time, I know someone is gonna rush down to the USMC spawn point on the bottom left of the map as you look at it, so I like one up at the hole in the wall and one down the side alley and then watch the same moron run into it time and time again then say "Lamer Claymore User"...........maybe I shouldnt take my gun into the next battle incase someone calls me a "Lamer Gun User".

guns dont use magical fof indicators to decide whether to miss intentionally.

i played on a server with ff on for mines last night. it was amazing how much the dynamic of the game changed. i didn't see any engineers, even on karkand. there were plenty of snipers, but i didn't encounter a single claymore 'cause the snipers were actually tucked away sniping instead of running around spamming claymores. it was definitely enjoyable.

Claymore rock, and BTW in the next patch you should be able to pick up enemy's claymore if you an engineer or sniper. Read EA's Community Updates they posted about that awhile back it was originally supposed to be in 1.21 but they couldn't get it implimented in time. And I guess 1.22 wasn't a bug enough patch to add it yet, 1.31 should be the patch that adds it.

there is something wrong when you have a whole squad of snipers rushing an outpost with claymore, and they got it.

That's because the sniper class is rather weak. You have no weapon to really protect yourself as you move to a sniping spot, and you don't get crap for points..

I was in a squad and we were taking the square on Karkand. when sniper sees me and instead of tring to shot me throws a claymore at my feet. I then killed him and as i was close enough to the flag carried on capping it. But the one of my squad mates runs towards me even after i told him the claymore was there and killed himself and alomst got me in the blast

Then they should get a short bus to ride'em around and give'm milk and cookies and free points but please ****ing up the game for real players with undestroyable no-ff claymores isn't the way to go.

what is so rocking about something you just put there and go away and few momemts later you get a kill , you don't even see the kill, you didn't even have to do anything for that kil.

guys who are using them more now then it use to be, are just lamerts, who couldn't kill before and now finaly they have the weapon who doen't require skill
