Someone was crossing the bridge from north village/whatever on Wake island, i was on the total other side of the island. Wasn't on the right end but in the middle/end of the island (about 50-60 m away from the south cp)

I'd say thats 400m+ plus he was moving plus there was definatly bullet drop as i had to aim quite above and all that i had to take into account and i just can't beleive i got him. L96 is maybe too accurate lol.....

Remember to make sure geometry and veiw distance is at maximum.

There should be some sort of kill distance notification, like

You [Sniper Rifle] Enemy (*** amount of meters)

Actually it should be implemented with all weapons. Have made some nice shots with other guns.

Shooting a pilot out of a j10 with m95 as it was trying to rape the u.s. carrier on wake, but the now doomed plane crashed into the deck owning half my team and a blackhawk, quite embarrassing

how can u tell how many meters away some1 is? then ill give u a far shot story

L96 ROX!!!!

-make a squad and be the squad leader,

-then scope in on your target, hold T [by default] and left click

-this will put an attack beacon right on your enemy and it also tells you how many meters away it is

i was playin on the gulf of oman map and i was a USMC sniper, i was laying down in a run down building on top of a hill aiming at the construction building. And I shot a guy running towards my friends tank with C4 in his hands. Lets just say BOOOMM HEADSHOT!!! lol

In Operation Clean Sweep, I fired like 4 notches using an l96a1 above the hills where a sniper was located all the way from the USMC airbase and got an 800m one shot headshot kill. That's not ******** it really happened. Try to beat that range guys.

hmmm... can that be done with fog? anyway, my best is probably from a crane on kubra down to mec airbase area or on wake shooting across from one side to the other and to the island in the middle

yeah it can be done with fog actually, BUt u have to wait till the red tag of their name pops up and if it does. Theres ur chance u dont wanna miss :)

From top of the hotel on Gulf of Oman, chopper was retreating to the mec base took out the gunner with the M95 as he was about 3/4 of the way there, then fired a shot as the chopper was fading and took the pilot as well, very little skill other than aiming, never come close to repeating it, only AH pilots i've shot since then have been pretty close or taking off.

Hit a Hind pilot on a full speed run at about 150 yards. Also pulled off a shot on Wake from the South Base to the central base on the north side (North Base maybe) north of the airbase, not the one on the tip. Guy was driving the hummer, stopped to pick up people, gunner got in the .50 and I was waiting for him, ~500 yard headshot! I am by no means a good sniper, I just got lucky.

Beleive it or not, my furthest was with the SVD 7.62 mm, with MEC on Gulf of Oman.

I was sitting on the hill with a broken house on top at the village and deleived a headshot to a squad leader giving his mates a spawn site south of Constuction Site. He was a bit farther then the construction site CP, so 350 meters or more.
