I play on the Fullmetalgaming servers, im usually top 5. I use the L9 Sniper weapon, thats my favorite weapon. My second favorite is Medics G36E for mid range. Close combat favortie is F2000. These guns might be hard to use at first, but its Very rewarding when you are skilled.

PKM are for noobs.

The answer to your question is difficult mate. Bottom line... if you are good infantry then the G36E medic lock is powerful and and accurate with 3 **** bursts.

The PKM is also powerful if you like to play support.

Best all rounder... and good for learning with... spec ops upgrade - G36C.

The G36c is far superior to the SCAR-L

Only thing is, the iron sites on the G36c takes some getting used to, in order to fire at max range effectively

First medic, then get the g36c. G36C is the best weopon in the game. Good all round and very accurate. Spec ops is the best class to go imo soly because of the quality of the guns namely the g36c. People say the pkm is powerful but if you have fast reflexes, you will own the pkm in any situation with the g36c.

SCAR L is one of the worst unlocks in the game. OK you have a laser sight which helps the newbies with aiming, but the damage you get per round is terrible, which makes this gun only suitable for mid range. Once you learn to aim with the g36c, you will understand how bad the SCAR l is, and all you will ever use will be the g36c.

Respect everybody!It's my firts time here :)
And i think,that forum will be very interesting for me,i guess.
I already play the BF2 maybe 3-4 month...and i want to say,that game's very interesting and have more action,then for example CS or Quake!

So...my lovely weapons is Ak-47!Yeah...it's really cool gun,extra powerfuly and deadly!

The PKM is still probably the deadliest combo for noobs even with 1.22. I mean you get to run around with:
A. lots of bullets
B. an accurate weapon (when fired CORRECTLY)
C. heavy damage
D. a kit with armour

That being said...I would unlock for whatever kit you like to play the most.

E. infinite Grenades

It is complete crap.

I hate myself for wasting an unlock on it.
