the [CAT] moderator has ruined the community experiance on the planet battlefield forums boycot it. It is the community and how the community is treated that keeps a forum alive, In the past I have been a part time poster here but have now moved in fulltime do to the idiots moderating planet battlefield.

No he kept posting links to ,as well as advertising his server which is a forum no-no I believe- They also warned nim avout it a couple of times.

I think most of the posters here outclass those of PBF... howerver I've never had any problem with the admins. I think spandex is cool. Good sense of humor, respectful, says what he needs while keeping the peace.

I started out over there and now find myself here most the time. Not everything has to be a flamewar over here (no matter how hard I try) :P

I used to go to PBF when I first got BF2, I had maybe about 20 posts asking help about the game and or just general talking to people, I usually got the answer I was looking for within 5 or 10 minutes. Then all of a sudden I was banned for spamming, I had no idea why. I contacted the admins many times politely asking what happened but I never once got a reply, so I said screw it, im not going to fool around with this and I left. I now just go there when Im browsing for updates on mods, but I dont go to the forums.

I personally like these forums. I originally picked this one over PBF simply because the look was nicer and gentler on the eyes. Now, it's awesome. The community is great, I'm known here to many members, and I'm respected.

Plus, this is the only place you can find my one-of-a-kind tutorials (unless they were illegally ripped), such as my Localization tutorial.

I'm a member and check the site daily. I haven't had a chance to play on the servers. Between patch testing and other things in my life. They still have my full support and recommendation though.
