Patch 1.22 has been released and is available on EA Downloader. The release of this patch is in line with our ongoing effort to make the game as enjoyable as possible, releasing quicker fixes addressing some of the things that you want to see changed.

We're still hard at work on version 1.3, which will see the addition of some additional, sought-after changes. When we have more information to share with you on 1.3 we will, in the meantime, please find below the list of fixes in 1.22:

          - Improved Server Stability
          - Adjusted handling of the Tiger attack chopper
          - Increased delay for aiming reticule when going from movement to prone on all support weapons
          - Adjusted deviation on MG36 and PKM to be in line with other support weapons
          - Increased rpm from 600 to 900 on the P90
          - Fixed Lock on error on certain Oil towers
          - Fixed a Great Wall Exploit
          - Fixed exploits on Dragon Valley and Karkand

We would also like to take the opportunity to thank the Combat Studios beta testers who did a great job in testing Battlefield 2: Euro Force and this patch, thank you guys!

The modified error means that one of the patches didn't work properly, even if it didn't give any error messages. It can happen to a .zip file (meaning you get kicked from every server) or just a map file (meaning that you can't play some maps).

Either keep on trying the patch (in safe mode/ antivirus turned off) or try to figure out the non patched files based on their dates and get them from someone else.
I'm sorry, but thats not always the case. I only get the unmodified content error when I am already on a server and it switches maps. It switches maps, I load up first, and then I get the error message. I then try to reconnect to the same server and I get in fine. I think it has something to do with me connecting too fast.

This has occured since I bought the game. I have reinstalled windows twice since then, and BF2 probably six times.

I think the issue is that my PC is too fast and I load before the server has the map fully loaded or something.

I've noticed a couple enemies with friendly tags and have crashed to the desktop a couple times, but I must say I'm digging my new P90

imo mods should lock and delete this topic. People should read release notes and not "guess" at what has been changed.

You could always prone jump since 1.2, it just required you to crouch after proning. The reason people stopped is that you couldn't shoot in the air so there was no advantage to prone jumping.

Not sure if it's just me, but I can't strafe while running anymore. That's really annoying.

That's a bit unfortunate. Anyway, hopefully it's just something on my end and not something that'll have to be patched.

That would work...but EA rarely releases all of the fixes made in a patch

There are almost always 'stealth' fixes .. and I HATE THAT!!!!!

Why do they not fully disclose that which they have changed???!?!?!
