Grenades and C4 are actually pretty effective. Just toss them out when you fly or hover over a CP. I've seen snipers toss claymores as well.

I've found that sitting at the rear most position (F6) in the mec transport helicopter quite good for shooting AT rockets and blowing up the occasional APC :) always helps to have a support in the helicopter with you to keep supplying ammunition.. sometimes with a mixed squad in a transport helicopter we will fly around raining grenades on the enemy positions below

You people are slow. As said he wants a sniper to provide cover for ground troops as they cap flags and such. Would be awesome in a map like mashtuur, too bad no one does it.

That would be cool but I think it's easier with an attack chopper. Lack of coordination makes it hard. Wish there was a VOIP for people in your chopper or at least to type etc.

Second I think you'd be asking for it just hovering there...neat idea no doubt about that. Just don't BF2 can really make it happen.

Yea Well I often am sniping a cp like on mashturr the USMC's tank spawn. (forget the name i think it is like backsomething?) But anyway Ill see about 3 people move in and hesitate and I wish i could say something like I got you covered or All clear but theres no command and I doubt they would get it. Thats why I need to get into a clan and get vent or something.

the first shot i ever took with the m95 was at an attck chopper and i killed the pilot. I am very proud of my self.
