Which Joystick is best?

I've read many reviews on the Logitech Extreme 3d Pro. Some people have had it for 6 months and its perfect, some for 1-2 months and then they say it has callibration issues.

Basically Everyone has had a joystick that works and some other people it broke.

The Logitech Extreme 3d Pro or the Logitech Attack 3. Which is better, they are around the same price?????????

Or if anyone knows any other joysticks around $30 that are better, PLEASE let me know.

I use the Saitek X52 Flight Controller, I use it mainly for Falcon 4.0 Allied Force but it is great for BF2! Kind of a heavy penny though, if ya know what I mean.

I use the HOTAS family, but thats way too expensive to start out with, so I'd go for a saitek... But I also do LOMAC and other flight sims...

i use a logitech attack 3 but im just useless with a joy stick i can fly better with a keyboard lol, my mate who is a leet pilot uses a microsoft sidewinder

only way you can probably counter someone using one of those, one of the stick in the image below. it's got a cool number pad on it also.

I have a Sidewinder Precision Pro 2 but I bought a Saitek Cyborg Evo because the Sidewinder feels really bad. The X and Y axes are really separated so it feels weird to move the joystick diagonally. Also, under hard rudder the stick feels like it's going to break. The buttons also feel bad. The Cyborg is leaps and bounds above it.

yeah saiteks are good sticks but they are not top quality. my logitecs have stood the time better

I think the conclusion is that both Logitech and Saitek joysticks will break if you kick them around enough. Just go to the store and try both out (keeping in mind that the store models have probably been ****-kicked), and make sure the store has a good return policy so you can exchange for the alternative if you don't like it. Also, get a product replacement plan so you can get a new stick if yours falls to pieces.
