Is it possible to play a Lan game of BF2 with one cd-key? I installed it on two computers with the same key, host a server and the other join without problems, possible?

Re: Lan games
You can use a mini image like I do so you don't have to put the CD in the drive when you play. That's my number one problem with copy protection: who wants to have to put the CD in every time they play?Originally posted by o=BlackJack=oi tryed with battlefield 1942 and it worked, but the only way to do it is with multiple copies of the game. And if you have the DVD Rom version there is only one disk so...it probably wont work unless you burn a bunch of copy's.Comment

the best thing i probably loved with how valve did HL2 was that the cd key was registered to the account
not to the installation on the computer
you could install the same copy on any computer. and no cd was required either
alcohol 120% + daemon tools = no inserting a cd every time i want to play
i use it for every game i haveComment
