The spec's read that this shotgun is capable of uesing different types of rounds & if my memory serves me corectly the last time I shot a magnum round ( from a shotgun ) it was pretty dead on at quite a distance & a scope would have been nice to have.

I'd love to have my old USAS-12 back or for that matter a DAO-12.
I remember the USAS it was in SOF2, ravensheild etc people always called it the noob gun, same with the M60, they were alright though, USAS was like a auto-shotgun.
If my memory serves me well, there is only one personal firearm can fire SABOT, the JS 1.27 mm sniper rifle from China.
And what's the point of HUNTING with SABOT?
on top, there are two possiblities
1. maybe it's a red dot?
2. scope for the usage of slugs.
a sabot is a rifle round cased in plastic inside a larger shell....tanks use them my shotgun uses them....you can buy them from the store...all it does is allow you to use a rifle round in a shotgun...thus allowing me to get around NJ nor rifle laws when hunting...hence allowing me to use a scope on a shotgun to get a greater range out of a short to mid range weapon
the cases of sabots i buy say sabot on the box...!

oh. actually you are right. the SABOT referring to should have been AFPFDS (or something like that) that's armor penetrating SABOT.
