How do you get the EF Sniper Rifle in regular BF2 maps?

Is it a thrid teir unlock?

Can you unlock the big green one then on the next unlock do another sniper update to get the new one?

I just want to know exactly what needs to be done to get it.

i dont think you can use the euro forces weapons in vanilla? dont quote me on that though* could be mistakin

It's a second tier unlock. Unlock the M95 then you can unlock the L96.

Only if you have EuroForces ... if you have ONLY BF2 than you CAN'T unlock weapons from sf2 and ef. So ... if you unlocked M95 in regular BF2 and dont have EuroForces with next unlock you CAN'T unlock L96.

Wrong. You don't need EF to unlock the P90 or L96. My friend did it.

RIGHT. You HAVE to have SF to get the 2 EF unlocks (P90 and L96A1). But you DON'T have to have EF.

There are no third tier unlocks. The L96A1 and P90 are just addons from EF because SF never gave the sniper and anti tank any unlocks.

Total BF2: Will the new unlockables in the Booster Packs be available on regular Vanilla and Special Forces servers?

Armando Marini: That was the original intent, but the addition of all the weapons was too much of a burden in terms of memory. I would really like for us to find a better solution for this in the future so we can provide more and more unlocks.

The only two EF weapons you can use in vanilla are the P90 and the L96A1.
