I can't find a refund procedure anywhere for this downloader.

Since I can't play this "booster", I'd like my cash back. Please, thank you.

it says somewhere on the site right before you download it in big letters "No refunds"

It might say that, but it's not legally correct, they have to provide refunds.

Apparently when you install the game you have broken the invisible magical seal so you are not allowed to get a refund.

LOL ok you made urself look like a bit of dik but if you write to ea (very nice of unit to get you the address since you were unable) and they'll send you a disk with the files on it.

It wont, its already been tried and as I said, they say since you have broken the seal (by installing it) then you wont get a refund.

However if you sent then a nice angry letter (make sure you know what your talking about) and threaten them with a court order then they may give you a refund.

When you purchased the game with the downloader it says that EA doesnt give refunds.

No prob man, just go to your nearest Wal Mart customer service counter and they will promptly give you a refund. EA works directly with them for refunds. I just got my refund for Roadrash on sega Genesis yesterday.

This is EUROFORCE, DOWNLOADED from EA. There is NO way, you can refund downloaded stuff.

Actually, you can reverse the charges on a credit card, and claim that the card was used online without your permission.

Probably impossible to stop.

i got a refund for DoD: source when they had that mix up, sure it can be done
