Is it just me or do support/medics play with their volume off?

I think this has happened to me a good bit. I'd be assault, spend my entire supply of nade launches, run up to a supply guy, ask for ammo A MILLION TIMES, and what's he do? well he runs right the other way.. Same with medics, I'm clearly at a read health and requesting medical attention and they just skidaddle. I hate these players who care more about their stupid stats than they do the whole team. It totally bugs me that EA even put in a stat system in here because the majority of these players play for stats and looking good. I could care less about your stats, if you can't be a team player, you mean NOTHING.

Happens alot too me, but I usually don't pay attention to the text at the side, mainly use my map to navigate, so if someones asking for ammo/medic supplys then it flashes on the map.

yeah the majority of medics and support guys are real morons
Im always dropping ammo bags and med packs on the ground.

yeah same for me, even when i play medic or support, i'm always constantly looking for flashing indicators. if the only way to get to them is through danger like a tank watching me, i might not make it in time for the revive or something. but in any other case, if they're close by and they ask for whatever, i'm usually the one to run there and supply them or heal them. BF2 would be so much more fun if a public display of stats weren't involved.

Well play on a better server...as I always do my best if playing in a support roll to do what is asked. Come to servers I play on...seems to be we work well as a complete team, not only squads.

It is annoying when it happens though...LOL

Thats when you shoot them in the face, pick up thier kit, throw out your desired ammo or health, then either revive them with thier medic kit, or pick up your old one and be on your way. I know its not the coolest thing to do, but you prove a point so maybe next time they will listen to thier chat, and watch the map.

^^I've heard of people doing it. While I'm not a fan of TK'ing, just use this method sparingly if at all. It may teach them a lesson though. Good point...

yes, they ignore you when you need to resupply...and if you try to resupply others, they will also ignore you.

Whenever we assault a flag, if we take out a support player, I pick up his kit immediately and distribute bags. This is just good practice...

Same with me. I tend to get ignored.

Apart from on Karkand with the high ranking players trying to get points....I'm in the middle of nowhere, ask for a medic, and suddenly fifteen medics run over the hill towards me....

Well guys if you happen to join an australian gamearena server (unlikely) and see a guy called [MouseNo4] ask him for a heal or revive and see how fast you get it. I am always a medic and i am always on the job. :)
