All I can say is....adapt and overcome. Yeah, I know, harder in practice. If you and another guy are the people the jets the most maybe think about forming a squad and using VOIP to let the other know when you're in trouble, i.e. a useful wingman. It'll be hard to implement on a server as half the team likes to wait on aircraft to spawn...but if you pull it off it would nullify (mostly) the advantages of whatever you're flying against.
