heh sometimes I just see the blurt on the radio and I'm too busy trying to not get mowed down to pay attention. Running into my view and hitting the request again works wonders. Shoot your pistol at the ground next to me and I'll pay attention real quick.

Of course, I usually just prevent the whole debacle by throwing ammo bags practically any time I see someone. A few more resupply points never hurt anyone.

ever since the 1.2 patch I've noticed more support class players, and less ammo bags on the ground.

I've said it before, most players are there for the kills, not to help their squad mates in the way that they were meant to help.

Oh well, I guess idiocy will never be prevented, especially not in a videogame.

I do the same! :) I then proceed to blast at the bags with the chopper guns and enjoy watching the bags fly around (i am amused at small things)

I always throw my bags, it give you quite a few points if you fput them in the troubled areas.

Oh, and for future reference, if i'm laying on the ground between the two bridges by the train accident on Karkand and i'm trying to hold off the US from crossing the bridge. Don't walk up beside me and start shooting me in the leg with your pistol because I didn't give you an ammo bag immediately after you asked for it as i'm liable to shoot you accidently. Ask the guy who did that tonight. Besides, if your out of ammo, how are you shooting me in the leg and why aren't you trying to stop the US from crossing the bridge as I was?

Pistol shot in the leg will get their attention without giving you any negative points.

Works most of the time for me.

I'm standing between two supply guys who're doing NOTHING besides looking around with their pkms. I'm asking for ammo... asking... anybody... anybody... bueler? bueler?

Well, I ended up having to TK one, take his kit, drop some ammo bags, then pick my kit back up.

Yes, I will TK for ammo. :p

Yestersday I did just the same with a medics... I was shouting for medipacs and he did give a ****... I even shot him in the ass with my pistol first to awake him but nothing... sorry mate BAND :laugh:

this happens to me all the time i'm AT run out of ammo they just dont give out soo do medics man that pkm guy lying there me spamming ammo ammo
no luck soo i lay right in front of there fire lane that does the trick yes i dont tk for a kit i wait they die grab kit grab kit revive them bye bye thks i'm medic or support now when i play support I always through ammo paks out and medic paks holy **** you get points for that **** people are too busy pkm kills than playing the kit for what it is SUPPORT

I always always play support on Urban maps...

Thing is this..unlike medic bags, support bags arent in demand...most people die before they need ammo again.
Unless there spamming C4, Claymores, mines or Nades 90% of the time by the time they need ammo there dead...so the ammount of request for ammo are small for support guys.
What I do is spam the bags in..
1. Traffic areas
2. group togethers at flag caps
3. after I see a guy drop some sort of an explosive (mine, C4 etc..)

I will not back track to resupply, sorry..risking my ass moving back and not doing my support job (laying cover fire). Come to me best idea. Better yet, call for ammo, check my position and 90% of the time Ill spam bags at that position..so if I move ahead, die etc.. bags will eb there.

And in all honesty..most people jog the F*** away as im tryign to toss them bags..wtf..

We arent medics...99% of are bags dont get picked up, so just spammign them you can tend to forget.
I play medic spam some bags, walk away and 2 mintues later "team point, team point, team point etc..."
I spam support bags and have fun runnin by them...

and even worse,
Medics who dont revive and heal
i mean come on, you are right there, why not??

Ok if theres enemy about thats understandable, but otherwise, whats the point of playing the kit

Because the support kit simply owns all others on city maps. If support can avoid the one or two tanks, then it's plain sailing all the way through to gold medal position.

Last night on Mashtuur cuty I got 57 kills using the PKM finishing top spot with an overall score of 136. The PKM's like the old 1.12 SVD but with 100 ammo - there's no reason to go any other kit on infantry maps. Assault rifles have poorer accuracy, less ammo, smaller clips and a limited supply of grenades.

Hey dont look at me when it comes to medics. I ALWAYS heal someone. I ALWAYS revive someone. I make treks 50-60m just to try and revive or heal someone in need. At the same time trying to pick off the enemy who did the deed. Most of the times i end up dead due to lack of firepower.

Since i only play medic, due to my lack of fighting ability, i play a support role. Medics help others more than the support does, so medic is my choice.

The only time i am not playing medic is when i am trying to get something like a medal or ribbon or such.
