What I meant was that I have a seperate offline and online account but both with the same name. Saves time logging in when all you want to do is get some offline practice in. I don't play often offline, hence the confusion.

I was playing the game for some time and wanted to start flying. So I practiced a lot offline and when I felt I was ready I joined a server that was playing Gulf of Oman. I spawned on the carrier and got in a plane. It was the plane that is standing on the side so I throttled up and wanted to hover, just like I had practiced so many times offline. Unfortunately, I forgot that the controlsettings in offline and online mode are not shared so I had up and down reversed. Instead of making a textbook takeoff I flipped the plane and landed upsidedown on the flightdeck taking out a number of troops that had just spawned among which was the admin. If he hadn't kicked me I would have left in shame anyway. :cry:

I think that it is sad when an admin or other players kick a fellow peer when they are just trying to learn the game...for instance flying. A person should not be kicked because of thier skill, good or bad. I feel that things like that are an abuse of power. If things like that happen, you should report the server to BF2RS, and we will check it out.

I was playing in this server knife and pistol only it was the sickest thing ever seeing everyone running around mainly just tring to stab people. Well, anyway I was so excited to run behind this guy to stab him but I accidently pulled out the generades and sense I was so excited i just did this motion quickly and the next thing u know it the clear says that I killed 3 people and teamkilled 2 people. I was so ****ed because I knew I was going to get banned but I did not mean to do that. Frustration

I got kicked for 'vehicle whoring' in Karkand yesterday. I should have seen this coming since there were atleast 2 other people who were kicked for this same reason before me. I figured they deserved it so I didn't say anything. Then I jump in the USMC APC (which had noone around it) and before I could even make it to the hotel, I get kicked. Apparently I didn't see the "Reserved for Admin" sign that was posted on the APC door.

It was a good thing that I got kicked though. The next server I went to was playing Sharqi and I was the gunner for the MEC chopper. I had my first 100+ point game ever and got my chopper service ribbon.

I really love when the opposing team starts a kick vote against me because I am the point leader on my team. I'm not even good but I built an awesome computer so I am usually first in game. I had this happen a couple of times the other night and I got to say something that I haven't heard since I stopped playing WoW. "Cry more, noob." They didn't like that very much

I am an Admin with BF2RS and I have no problem in getting owned...it happens. IF things like that happen, you should go to the BF2 Ranked Server forums and place a dispute in the abusive admin section.

but will anything be done? i have so many kicks and bans due to admins kicking me for having a high score or because i kill them too much.

back on topic of most stupid thing i have been kicked for....a player had the blue tag bug so i said in chat "(playername) your blue tag bugged"....then i got kicked for "asking for hacks" ?!!??. i came back into the server to ask how i was asking for hacks...but this idiot admin called dambusters just kept to his "stop asking for hacks" routine. Even have a pic of it below heh.



Anyway the day before this i got banned from 3 british servers in just 1 day just for killing admins too much (my new record) so i couldn't help saying in chat to dambuster "god...it's so hard to find a server thats not retardedly admined these days" which he then banned me for "swearing". heh

oh have to add, best ban i have seen on someone else at the start of a game was "BANNING (playername) to make room for admin"

Eating dinner while being commander, Admin kicked me and took commander place. Was winning too

I just got kicked for killing my commander 6 times in a row. I kept asking for supply drop for 15 mins. I requested that maybe 50 times and he constantly kepts denying my requests, even though he wasn't dropping anywhere else. So killing my commander became my goal for the rest of that round. I ended up with lots of negative points that round, but I didn't care.

ive been kicked twice for high ping of like 128, and i got kicked for joining a "special squad" designated for "Special people"
i dont know what was so drastically importatn about it but whatvere i wasnt good enough to play on that server. hah.

I hate that "You will be kicked if caught jumping to aviod enemy fire (bunny hopping)" rule. Its just dumb. Heck, If I'm being shot at, I'm gonna do whatever it takes to avoid being shot! Bunny hop, flop, dive, take cover, whatever. I guess the admins of these server want peopel to just stand still in the middle of the street with their chest stuck out so they can have an easy shot on them.

The silliest reason I've ever been kicked is when I told a whiny admin "You want some cheese with that whine?". Our clan was owning the server like 8 games in a row and the admins started moaning and groaning!

To me, the best servers are the ones that have no rules. Just play. Its war, everything goes.

I think my favorite kick/ban was for "medic whoring" (was a 1 month, network wide ban)
Was running round with my trusty G36E, at the time of kick, I had around 40 odd kills & over 30 team points on Karkand :hmm:

I had my revenge tho. I pleaded my case to the head Admin and in the end my ban was reversed WITH an apology from the head Admin. The admin that banned me had his admin rights revoked and was was handed a 6 month network-wide ban (~10 local servers) :laugh:
Apparently he'd had numerous complaints made against him before he banned me

revenge is so sweet, I'm still ****ed 'cos that round was never added to my stats

A close second would be that kick for an "infinite ammo hax" when I was playing Support :rofl:
