It's funny that someone mentions getting kicked from there......that's also my stupidest kick. Let me start off by saying that, for the most part, they're a good group of folks.

Anyway.....I was playing USMC on Daqing. I spawned at the base closest to the Chinese UCB and decided to go take out the commanders toys. I grabbed the only open vehicle at the base, a tank. I rolled into the base without seeing a single enemy. I took out the sat and UAV trailer and was heading out of the base. Bear in mind that the sat and UAV are back at the airstrip, so I had to go through the village to get out. As I'm leaving, someone comes racing toward me in a jeep. Naturally, I fired on the guy. He complains about me camping the UCB, and I get kicked. As you'll see if you read their server rules, they allow you to defend yourself if fired upon, but not to engage when in a UCB. I disagree with that rule, object to being kicked, and haven't been back since. There are too many other servers around to deal with that........

I was kicked for the same thing at the same server. The best reason why i was kicked was because i killed opposite team's commander when he got out of his to get a flag and then take his tank.

if its not killing the admin, its generally playing too well (someone always puts a kick vote up against me)...

Or having a kick vote raised because of jerks that stand in front of a jet as I take off... Or due to AA missiles taking out a friendly miles away and they all punish then I get auto kicked.

Dumbest thing I got kicked for was some admin getting ****y about not being able to kill a commander that's in the carrier's secondary AA battery.

Some of you guys really make yourselves look silly with ignorant statements like this. You cannot password a private ranked server. 2nd of all the only people who waste their time are those either who don't read the rules (in the welcome message when you join and continuously spammed in game) or think for some reason they don't apply to them.

Which all ranked servers must abide by.

A)I wouldn't know if you can password a private server since I'm not one of you admins, clan members, nor I have desire to ever be one just to feel more powerful and more important.
B)The thread is about getting kicked for some stupid reason (such as killing the admin too many times), not for not respecting the ROE. Not repsecting the ROE case doesn't apply to me, since I'm fair player and always play by the book. But when few assholes that rented a server decide to make their own rules such as "we'll kick you if we don't like you", we have a problem there. Once again read the topic, it's about examples like that.

I got kicked for having a slow ping...an hour into the game after i took command and started turning the tables.

That realy sucks, it has happened to me few times after being commander the whole round. You lose the 2X at the end even though your team is winning thanks to you. Here are few more personal example of mine:

Well not being allowed to rape your @$$ while your in your blackhawk hovering just over the edge of the carrier should NOT be a reason to kick me. Just coz YOU and your other Teamate was with you shouldnt be a good reason to kick me. But its ok. I came right back and raped you on the island anyways. Good day.

Well it is a reason to kick you whether you like it or not and if you don't abide by the rule you will be kicked. Next time you break any rule on our server you will be permanently banned.

I would have kicked you for doing it to any player. The rules don't only apply to us they apply to everyone on the server, including yourself. If someone does it to you then the same applies, they will be back in the menu reading a pb kick reading.

See its children like you we have to babysit all the time. You get you butt smacked for being naughty and yet you still don't learn and come back and do it again. Then you say its the most stupid thing you have been kicked for which is not reading and abiding by our rules. Obviously some people are a little slower than others.

From the other side of the fence this is what we have to deal with. People who break a rule, get warned repeatedly, still break the rules, get kicked, come back and do it again, over and over till they get banned.

If you think a server's rules are silly or you won't abide by them or you don't want your lamo base raping uncap gameplay style to be restricted, then disconnect before you enter the server and join another of the 3000+ servers out there, its really not that difficult to understand.

I get kicked a lot for ping. Usually my ping is high for the first couple minutes of a game but then goes back down. Once i was kicked for ping before i could even press the join game button.

Also, on Day of Defeat i got banned from a server for saying "god damn"

You can report that server to EA. If it was ranked that's considered stats padding.

one time on wake there was only 1 guy left and we had taken all the bases capture. the commader was scearching and scanning and uvaing but the guy didnt show up. but he kept chatting with us. finally he told us he was about 3000 feet high, traveling straight up in a plane! then he bailed out and began to parachute out. the admin kicked him because after about 5 mins he was still falling :)
