Don't know, but I am already to the point where I only play when my friends are...other than that I play other games.

Anyways ya I'm kinda getting tired of it.

Hopefully some sweet mods come out. Those will really keep this game alive.

New ghost recon game will hopefully be my next tactical shooter. I was too impressed with Rainbow Six:Letdown.
You should try SWAT4. Now with the expansion pack theres a ****load of stuff it offers. Dont expect a variety of atmosphere like BF2 gives you. In the sense- it wont give you that "grand" feeling like youre in the middle of something big. But death by one bodyshot, slower gameplay, arrest ability (reward 5 pts, kills= 1) and a variety of weaponry for all kinds of playing styles will give you a nice time. Its VERY tactical. But expect a lot of smacktardness in it too.

The TSS expansion pack offers progressive stat tracking, and you already get to see stat padders there, yay!

Whats great with SWAT4, is that it will not break your BF2 habbits. Although FPS both of them, they are completely different in nature.

I play for fun...so when I don´t enjoy playing anymore will be the exact moment I drop this game.

i find myself addicted to this game. i have bought many other games from i got BF2 last June and i am not lyng when i have played them about 2 times each. as waste of money eh.

to be fair i dont play as much now as i find myself mapping etc more now but when i play its BF2. I swing between vanilland and SF depending on who im playing with and what fun i want.

I'll quit once ET:QW comes out or Jesus makes a comeback (whichever happens first).

I will stop playing when quake wars or stalker comes out. I have had stalker on pre-order for over a year!

No plans on retirement.... As long as the game has steady dev and anti-cheat support, and theirs plenty of clans on the ladders, then I'll continue to play... Hell, the bulk of our clan still plays TacticalOps, which is around 6 years old, but with a 20 clan ladder and ease in getting matches started, we're still doing it...

kinda sto pplaying now anyways...patches just ruined it for me...

went back to concentrate on css and wait for enemy territoy : Quake Wars , the new Supreme commander game and Spore...

i might have to wait a while for em but thyell be waaay better than bf2... even if ones a strategy (uber amazing one) and the other a god game...

As sson as I master flying is the day I retire. This game has gotta lot more life in it for :).

Seriously, Every time I get bored I try and learn a new aspect of the game. There are so many ways to play the game (i.e. for rank/badges or team work) I can't possibly imagine being terribly bored unless I became unbeatable which will never be close to the case until of course the unbeatable guys get bored.
