Hah, that story reminds me of every time I'm on a map where half the team is sniper, and they just sit around and let the other team take all of the flags out from under them.

It is all depend on the map. If you're talking about an open space like gulf of Omen, I think snipers would find "distance" as their advantage. That is what sniper for. No way in his right mind he would risk himself to cap the flag since he is far out from the flags. If you're talking about close space like inner city (Strike at Karkand or Warlord), I often found myself cap some flags if I have a chance. Especially in special force, the zip will definitely help me to get quick recover and disappear from the location.
