So I suppose- punish when given the right justification- if it's an accident, don't punish, if it was a second same accident... don't punish yet. If it was a THIRD similar accident... THEN you punish the dumbass for... being a dumbass.

I dont believe it says anywhere in my post that I want to I was just curious why I never got the message to forgive or punish? I just want to know how some people seem to cheating and getting away with it. No biggie, after all , it's just a game.
