Perhaps you can take those other voices and put them in the same folder as the Euro Force voices, and give them the same names as those ones and overwrite them.

Just a theory.

Yeah, there's a way to do that. Someone on the (I think) PlanetBattlefield forums posted how to do that, though I don't remember the process.
