Before getting the unlocks for anti-tank, I typically avoided the class as I found it underpowered and cumbersome: if there was a tank problem, C4 seemed to be a much more effective way to deal with it. However, now you can't launch C4 over obstacles, and now I've got used to fully automatic shotguns, I find that anti-tank are one of the most satisfying classes to play. Eryx-sniping, and taking out tanks with guided missiles to their tracks from across the map is insanely fun.
However, time and time again, I wish that I had a grenade to lob at a cluster of infantry: as yet anti-tank players have next to no capacity for confrontations with more than a couple of enemy infantry. It's particularly annoying when a squad is capping a flag, and a few grenades would completely clear the area. I mean, whats stopping the anti-tank soldier carrying a few grenades?
Also, whats up with the splash damage of the anti-tank missiles themselves? The radius is annoyingly small, meaning that it is unlikely that even a well placed missile will take out more than one hostile at a time.
Just wondered what everyone else thought of the class, and if anyone's experienced the same annoyances as me.
