Good list. How well do 16 player maps play with 40 people on them?

Pretty well really, its a great change from the same old, and there's no places really where people are safe to just hang and wait for a tank. Alot of cap-able bases and alot of action.

Is the Wake server also a GetPaidtoPlay server?

Nope, not at this time.
