Do you guys only play small sized servers? beacause on smaller servers I dont have to many problems. But now with the patchs I just dont join any of them unless its a open map
x1900/2gs ram/p4 3.8
My old computer ran better in city large number player maps then my new one. :P
Anyone thinking the fps is the same download the demo play around or play on 1.3 still some people running it
Fps kind of locks itself in the new patchs. If I look away or at a wall my fps will jump but with the patchs it just stays the same. City maps even if not many people fps drops more/shutters never had this problem until the patchs
So again smaller number of players is fine and you dont notice any real problems but large city maps it shows.. 50-64 man servers in city maps is what I am talking about
All settings on high except for daynamic light which is off, 2x AA. It always hits the 100 fps cap and i cant remember the command to unlock it. Its something like "game.lockfps XXX".
The game did not like my old system intel 2.4 | 1g ram | ati 9800 pro(main reason causing all the problems)
The game froze, crashed to desktop, or mouse button failed to fire.. you name it.
Last septemper, I built myself a new AMD3500 |2x1g ram | BFG 7800GT
It works great now.
settings/sounds/res
server sizes and avg number players you play in.. 32-40? map?
Avg fps using fraps or some other program not just guess
min fps/max is not really important with the 100cap
I can say the game runs fine as well beacuse it does but it runs slower then it did before the patchs.. 1.12 and 1.2 which didnt fix cra@
