    ME TOO!!!!

Lately, my team has been getting slaughtered on Sharqi (Insomnia365 server).

There are several very experienced pilot/gunners who in one game play score on average 130-240 points all from gunning.

    And you notice it too.

The game will go along balanced, with both teams winning or losing spawn points etc. A very balanced and enjoyable.

Then one of these experienced pilot/gunners comes on board and in less than five minutes your team is down to just one spawn point and all your men getting slaughtered upon spawning.

Last night it got so bad that about 5 of us made it our priority to sniper and C4 the MEC chopper base and maintain control of it. Just to keep the game play fair.

In conclusion, GHOST i think choppers are at a disadvantage because of too many AA vehicles and platforms. But, Original BF2 these choppers (especially gunns) need to be trimmed down further.

I suggest Vanilla BF2 Choppers have their ammo cut in half or maybe 2/3rds. Then have their armor tweaked a little bit weaker (still too strong for AA;s). Lastly, limit flight time till they must return to base (ie. fuel). Like maybe the longer they fly the lower their health reaches.

Why don't you play a single player game then? or find another online that game that has 1 man vehicles...UT2K4 comes to mind.

with all due respect - but play the game you are spitting on, ok? ut2k4 tanks and all purpose vechicles are crewed by crew of 2/3/4 soldiers. realy, play it, then spit on it, ok?

it is totaly of topic, but i had and i am still having lots of TEAM play with ut2k4 - probably due to much smaller community, and smaller teams, that simply lead to teamwork being the only option [weapons in ut2k4 ARE accurate and ARE skill-dependant]

Umm...I own UT2K4 and I have played it. (but I can't stand it)

I'm talking about Mantas, Scorpions, and Raptors. Plenty of single person vehicle action to be had without wasting a seat.

Just offering alternatives to those where team based gameplay might not be the best choice

Hey Talus... I think I remember killing you a few days back. A random thought... Bothering me with AA vehicle? I think I might have been flying with some of my new gunners. Da newbs!

The gunner in SF is definately not useless. A good pilot gunner combo will ALWAYS beat a good pilot alone. Its even more important now to have 2 things shooting at AA if you need it. The chain gun can actually damage an enemy chopper now, and then the pilot can easily finish it with the rockets, if the TV shot misses of course because that is still the most effective.
