Well I think actual problem was heat!. I did tweak some settings but I opened up the laptops and blew it out and the difference was amazing.

ye the 9100 does collect o lot of dust with those fans it has. Good laptop though.

Probably has the biggest fans in laptop history.

Probably driver related. You need to either patch the default ATI drivers to support the mobility, or download the Omega drivers that have support for the R9800 mobility.

Dell does not update their laptop drivers frequently and they are usually several months or years out of date. For a game like BF2 using 2 year old drivers will destroy performance.

Also you should try to put all settings on lowest, and run @ your native resolution, 800x600 on an LCD gives same nasty interpolating and makes your entire picture looks like crap.
