Spawn camping an Uncappable CP = lowly unforgivable tactic (FULL STOP).
If you persist at this I hope you end up the victim in one of those "Knife / Revive routines" or permanently banned from every server you enter!

I do this to sometimes. One time I was on Oman and I was US anti-tank so I went to the airfield and went prone in a really sneaky spot. There were 4 guys waiting for the bomber, so when it spawned and 2 got in it, the other 2 were still right by it trying to shoot the pilot. I sent a rocket in there and the plane blew up and the explosion also killed the 2 that were outside the jet. I got kicked for those 4 kills but it was so awesome I didn't care.

That is so lame that you got kicked.. You must of killed one of the mods with that shot.. Thats ok you did not want to play on a server full of pusses anyways.
