You missed the point.
It's not about what it costs EA to make females for the game, it's about what it would cost your computer to run it. More content=more computer resources needed. BF2 is already right up against the wall for acceptable minimum requirments.

If that's too complicated for you, let me put it this way:
It would make you lag more.

Oh NOES! According to Wargimp EOD won't play worth a damn because women models will make the game LAG.



Seriously, the reason BF2 doesn't have female models is because the devs didn't make them.

Now, adding too many dynamic lights in a game or overabundance of particle effects will cause graphics to lag. Suggesting that different character models will do the same.. You've got to be kidding me.

Yeah, an optional patch that has a choice in BFHQ that lets you choose male or female.

not only could you be a woman but change your skin colour... No racism intended. it wud be kinda cool to be a black or dark skinned sniper on a darkish map.. maybe they shud make u choos when you join a game, or better still in the BFHQ

Think most people miss the point here, everyone bitchs about realism and we get threads like this!
sadly there are virtually no armies in the world that employ women on the frontline / combat units including Isreal whom experimented then withdrew them because they caused a drop in combat effectivness

I agree with those who said player customization should be added.

I like being able to play with a guy that looks somewhat like me.
Call me weird, but I think its cool.

Ghost Recon/Rainbow Six were smart when they added that feature.
