About the TK's from mines, perhaps the devs need to make it harder to turn off the on screen icons? It's as easy as hitting the "ALT" key I believe? One little typo or mis-key and teammates can no longer see the mines/claymores/flags.

Another option would be to give the TK to the driver that ran over the mine instead of to the engineer that placed it. Make errant drivers responsible for their own mistakes. Same thing for the claymores, if you can see the warning indicators and walk/run into them anyways, you get the TK for it.

Each kit is meant to bring an ability to the team to help meet it's goal of winning thru cooperative effort!

Then how did I get punished for 2 TK's yesterday, a week after installing the patch, since I didn't shoot anybody nor killed anybody in a different way?

If the server is also FF=Off for AT mines... your TK could be:
Your mine killed enemy vehicle, then the explosion also killed your team nearby.

Uhhh...imagine how many douchebags would spam freeking at mines infront of jets/helos/any popular vehicle just because he wanted it or something.... I'm glad you aren't a dev
