        I don't know if he means an additional windows account. If so, it will need to be administrator permissioned for punk-buster to work correctly.

        Maybe try that?

            Well for anyone who comes across this thread I seem to have fixed the problem. I put in a new hard drive. It seems my other drive had something wrong with it. Now everything installs great.
