I am the only one that wishes the air vehicles, specifically helicopters, had ejector seats?
If i'm diving to avoid AA and realized that there's no hope of saving my craft I bail. If I was diving steep enough prior to that, my copilot and I are greeted by a flaming ball of wreckage that we once bore to lofty heights - so useful is this encounter that we can't open our parachutes and become flatter than the ground on which we land, or rather splatter, on in a matter of seconds.
Meanwhile the aerial acrobatics that was my death has caused onlookers to applaud with glee at the text that boldly states "tjmhay is no more."
Obviously if I’m on the ground i don't want to get out of the heli by being blasted up into the air, but while in the air this is a useful tool.
Another peeve: Vehicles (buggies) blow up practically instantly in shallow water. Not only have I now totally soaked myself, I've turned my transportation into a time bomb that no one who was passenger to can escape from. The brevity of my encounter with water is almost as deadly as the parked FAV that slides ever so cautiously towards me. In a flash, like a cheetah to the kill, it crushes me and continues onward on it’s slow and monotonous hunt. Make no mistake, transports do kill, and they don’t have to be occupied to do so.
For those of you who didn't realize the pic is of what happens now. You bassically get dropped out of the bottom of the chopper - I'm suggesting you just get dropped ABOVE the chopper to stop the wreckage messing up your parachute. i DONT want to be "pooped" out of the heli.
