Re: Spec Ops, what the hell happened…
Ummm, obviously you dont recall the following historical events?
1. In WW2, soldiers used dynamite packs to kill soldiers hiding in caves (japan) and bunkers (german/italian). How did it get into the caves and bunkers? The soldiers threw it at a distance!
2. In WW2, you also had Japanese Kamikaze who road manned-torpedo's filled with explosives into US Ships. How did it reach the ships? The japanese drive it into the targets (ie vehicle bomb)
3. In vietnam, tunnel rats used C4 packs to attack enemy soldiers hiding in tunnels. How did it get into the tunnels? Soldiers threw it down the tunnell shaft
4. In South America, special forces used explosive packs and C4 to kill enemy soldiers located in underground extensive tunnels. Its easier tthen going down in a tunnel to be shot. How did it get into the tunnell? Soldiers dropped it from above just like dropping C4 from rooftops.
5. Ever hear of suicide bombers? Maybe you dont know this but Iran has an entire military group (some 8,000 people) who are dedicated suicide bombers and wear C4 belts. These are soldiers, like Kamikazi's, who are brainwashed to do suicide bombings against military targets.
6. In Beirut (79) and Africa (91), Terrorist used vehicles loaded with explosives to ram embassy buildings, killing hundreds.
7. Even the movie Saving Private Ryan used socks filled with explosives and covered in Tar (called wet bombs) in which they charged up to tanks, threw the bombs onto the tanks (which stuck) and then it detonated via fuse.
So C4 has a very common and valid purpose in war. Especially urban and guirilla war!

, were going to end up with Pacifist 2, using sticks and rocks (then someone's going to whine about the rocks, and they'll nerf those too).
