Stupid, they already lowered the ranks once.

Think yourself lucky, at your score I only had a L85A1 and a G3.

You all have it way better than you should have. People at gunnery sergeant have almost all the unlocks in the game which imo is really ****ing stupid.

Basically the same as giving everyone the unlocks, seeing as everyone has them all now anyway. No point in them.

I honestly think that the gap between gunnery sgt and first sgt is WAY too big...I've been a gunnery sgt since october and would REALLY like to see another stripe or two. The new patch is great for all the poeple that are able to spend 6 hours a day playing this game, but it seems to have left all of the casual players in the dust. I only have about 15k at this point and really don't know if I'll even be playing this game by the time I get 20k.

yeah go whine to EA so they make a patch to make everyone general, loosers like you keep damagin the gameplay by crying to EA.

My problem is that it takes 12,000 pts to get from gunnery to first sgt, and 30,000 points to get from fist sgt to sgt major.

Yet, it only takes 10,000 to get from Sgt Major to Lieutenant- that makes no sense to me.

I quite agree, the progression has to be steady especially when there are so many new ranks. I aint heard a drumroll in quite some time, just past 40k and thats a long slog and i do play about 4 hours a night which most real world people simply cant. Realistically the gaps should get bigger the higher the rank, not smaller, surely the idea is that you will become a better player the higher the rank so points are easier to gain rather than vica versa as it is.

well now that the heli and plane are useless theres no way to make fast points. Now that everyone is on an AA or sniper is a lot harder on foot. Is going to take more time to get points. I just finished two or three rounds and the max points was 40 in a 32 server. the max in a 64 was 70 so the only ones to get points fast are going to be stat padders. and in those rounds the max points where second lt and other more high ranks, the noobs still getting less points theres no balance.

so i don't know why the low rank people are celebrating, because they dont have any chance to get more points easy. they still getting owned. Whats next? ban all high ranks? so they can balance the game? hahahaha

Here's an idea.

Just enjoy playing the game, have fun and don't worry about ranks. How about trying to be a good teammate? Just consider the ranks and badges a bonus.
