What if your team looses. Does that count against your win/loss too?

If you get a crash to the desktop, and you cna't join back in before the round ends, your scored and medals are still recorded.

i don't think there's a minimum time. when special forces came out, i was in the game for 30 seconds, got me a point, and then i left. 15 minutes later i come back and i could unlock all my stuff.
