I have always maintained that the one kit that a team never has enough of, is AT. Thus, this poll to figure out why.

Pathetic weapons other than the actual missle and not nearly enough of them...not to mention it takes so many rockets to kill things (that only rockets kill) that is just about isn't worth it if you are the only one playing AT...especially if you consider you can just strap some C4 onto something and blow it up in one hit...

im playing at and assault atm..

i now know why these c4 chuckers are so annoying...at guys cant do anything to them...lame bastards :|:

but that lovely dao has managed to keep me alive on a lot of occasions...

I play AT quite a bit. I love my DAO and I'm getting perty good at putting rockets into choppers.

For the best AT action ya gotta go with SF tho. Some of those maps are an AT paradice. I love RPGs! Had a friggen great round lastnight blowin the crap outta everything (including Hinds) with my Rambo Launcher. Hehe, finally scored my AT vet badge too.

As to why more people don't play AT, I'm really not sure.

People don't play AT because you don't get team points for anything except kill assists.

People don't play AT because you can get your kills stolen and get NO points whatsoever after unloading multiple rockets into 1 target.

People don't play AT because you can spend time damaging a vehicle only to have the driver step out and blow you away.

People don't play AT because they don't like the guns.

People don't play AT because using the AT rocket takes skill.

People don't play AT because you sometimes have to rely on your pistol.

I play AT because it is challenging due to all of the above.

I voted only when I'm killed by a tank or helo. I agree with you on the DAO, has better range and ammo than the jackhammer but I usually dont have the time to put 3 rockets into a tank or apc, even after 2 in the a$$ the armor driver has usually figured out where im at and made a nice roast beef and SWISS sandwich out of me, and it seems to me that a vodnik and hummer should go down in one shot.

AT is a great kit for smaller, more inclosed terrain dense maps.

Its not so good for open maps because the DAO sucks at long range and the SMG sucks at all ranges....

Thats primarily the reason not as many people play AT.

With the introduction of the P90, this might change depending on how powerful the weapon is...
