If you have a complaint please register on our Forums and post in the Complaints & Grievances section. Otherwise, if you don't agree with our rules against base rapers like you, please take the suggestions of these other fine forum posters and play somewhere else.

Waste of time, I have more important things to do like run a good server.

I was a CV involved with 1Bravo in the incident a couple weeks ago. They did ban the gunners from the chopper and the bomber, despite the fact that they were not attacking uncappable bases. Kinda hard to do when you're USMC on Kubra Dam. Not that their splash screen had any rules on it, anyway. I was the "man on the ground" who would find a hiding spot at the flag and call for heavy air support. We were doing pretty good, was one of those good games where both sides had organization. Right up until they trumped up the charges and started the bans. I was not banned, but left anyway and haven't played since. I respect that they have rules, but disagree with the capricious way in which they were implemented. But as other posters have said, I don't have to play there and I don't.

The only server I was ever banned from, I forget the name, was for "bombing uncappable bases" due to 1 incident in which I bombed the AA emplacement of the USS Essex on Dalian plant. I had engaged in several dogfights over the mainland/shoreline, nowhere near the Essex, and kept getting lit up and shot at by that damn gun. In my mind if you're going to shoot that many missiles at me, you can expect to get bombed. There are no free lunches on me. So yeah, I don't necessarily disagree with "no bombing uncappable bases" and try to follow the server rules as best I can, but AA emplacements are a separate matter, I will bomb those. I think the spirit of the rule is not to bomb for suppression, so as not to bog the game down, but there has to be an exception for AA. Especially if they ever get AA working in this game :)

I got kicked for Tking an admin and his pilot in the Supercobra. He insisted that his pilot TK me so he can have the gunner's seat. Lame.

Attacking an uncapturable spawn isn't smacktardy. Trying to regulate it, is.

I understand that you have a "right" to do so because you pay for the server and the RoE allows it, but that doesn't make it any less stupid.

That said, I am glad that you promote your brand of "kindergarten" BF2 because it keeps all of the softball players off of the servers that the rest of us frequent.

Are you disgruntled because at some point in the past you were kicked or banned for violating the rules? Carrying a chip that large on your shoulders can cause musculoskeletal problems.

It's only those who disagree with our policies who are crossing us off. And that's fine with us. Nothing to be confused about. You act like the world pays us to play on our server and we should be bummed out because they are leaving and won't be paying.... But we don't see any $$$ from outsiders and so we aren't heartbroken if they would rather play somewhere else.

As a policy, I always get in the faces of admins who maintain ridiculous rules to compensate for their own weaknesses/insecurities.

As for your specific server, there's no chip - my friend and I just stopped playing there because there are a lot of other, better servers.

Any chance you could actually POST the rules? Yes, you can have rules and enforce them. I don't have a problem with that. However, I do have a problem with kicking or banning someone for rules that are not posted. You stated you have a rule about using artillery on uncap bases and it scrolls as a green message. Now that I think about it, I might have seen it. That’s fine… Adhere to it or get kicked / banned. But if that is the only rule posted (server or website) and you’re kicking someone for wiping out your squad with a car bomb then I think that’s a problem.

Again, could you PLEASE post a link to your website with the server rules?

If you don't like the LBC server's rules, just don't play there. It's rather audacious, if not ridiculous, to flame a server and its admins just because you don't like their rules, especially when you are playing there for free.

I somewhat agree, but unless you know what the rules are it is a little hard to abide by them... I have been on a few servers and have seen admins kick someone just because their clan is getting owned.

Instead of whining about their server, go and play on 2000+ others.

I guess 50klicks (for example) server is always empty because they enforce same types of rules, right?

Get over it - EASY KILLS are getting harder to get, due to many servers implementing "no uncap base raping" rule. Some do it automatically (server side), some do it via admin kicks/bans.

That's why rapers are having trouble finding "easy kills", since many servers without rules tend to be fairly empty, while "no uncap base rape" servers are getting full.

There's no sense in this flaming going back in forth. I understand those that have gripes being upset, that's usually the way it happens.

Could we agree that you guys are not going to buy our side of the story and that we're not going to buy yours? I don't think any of this is going to change any of our minds. There's not going to be any kind of magic pill that's going to make everyone agree on how the game is supposed to be played. This forum is proof, there are posts both for and against the policies we follow.

Since as it's been pointed out that our server is within the rules for ranked servers from EA, are we expected to change our policy because a dozen or so guys don't like them? I don't think that even you guys would expect that.

Anyway, I can appreciate your dislike but I don't agree. I hope that you guys may change your mind some day but if not, then I hope you find servers that you do like and enjoy the game. That's what we all paid the dang money for anyway right?

I understand your points and I agree 100% with everything you wrote but I believe we are missing the point here. One thing is kicking someone for breaking the rules and other is Admins abuse. I would like to know what rule was applied to my clan... because that I remember we got booted while we were taking a middle flag giving air support to a team mate who happened to be at the flag pole. Also last thing I remember before I got booted was a BH helicopter full with people I blew up on the air. I admit it... it was very humiliating and I can imaging someone from the LB crew was in there.. I got booted right away.
