75,000 + global pts
all Vet badges. many expert as well
500+ hours
ranked about 700 global in helo
many medals
and is still pre-teen
and has since moved on to Jets
(about 40 hrs there) and typicall game is about
30-40 K and less than 5 Deaths

but back to original poster
yes- we tend to 'whore' the helos in our clan server
and we yell "bail out" often to lower ranks
but we give higher ranks a shot at gunner/pilot
if they have 1/2 a brain (not skill - BRAIN)
we let them back in
if no brain and NO skill (ie crash into tree/hill)
we make them go home and practice
we (our team) feels we do what is best for team win
I love to fly helo/jet
but is actually gets boring sometimes
miss the thrill of armor or assault on foot
but I still do most of the helo flying in our maps
because almost always, my gunner gets a gold
(well -if it is Ghost :P)
and even our newer guys still get medals in our attack helos

if we see visiting clan members waiting for the helo
we always let them have it, hoping they are on some form of comms (ie voice together)
if they stay airborne for a while
we let then have it for the whole game
if they get wacked too often too quickly
well, we take it back

in summary
we play for team wins
that is our form of "fun" and commradery

But it isn't first come first served, if that were the case, there would not be an issue. But I guess I respect my fellow players too much. I know there are clans out there who will kick players that get into "their" jet "their" tank etc. I am just not one of those people. If you are waiting for it, you can have it. But I don't cut people off in real life either, don't butt into lines or race in front of people with my car just to turn right in front of them...

Sorry to say man... but it totally is first come first serve and you have to act that way unless you eint getting p-nuts...

Now with your logic... lets think of this example.
I am flying the helo with a gunner...
we do a great run then die...
Obviously, I will spawn back to get it, I know where it is located and when its comming back... SO I RUN THERE and I am the first one there WATING.

SHOULD IT BE MINE AGAIN ???

Well... thats why I think first come first serve... if I get in again, good for me... if not... to bad ill take a boat

Either for fun or for ****ing you off. Maybe both.

3.Then you finnaly get in the Apache (which you and a squad member have been waiting for and some jumps in the firing cockpit, tell them to bail and they dont comprehend that term?

Telling people what to do doesn't seem very popular. Next time you get an unwanted gunner ask them nicely if you could use your own gunner. Make sure to ask several times as most people appear to be "slow readers".

Using q to tell them to get out will work maybe one out of twenty or forty times. Asking nicely will work 2-5 times out of ten. It all depends on the map and crowd.

Than you got really lucky. I have yet to get a non communicating gunner, or pilot that was worth a damn. They are either "mister uber look how low I can fly, and miss infantry with my rockets, and get shot down by other helos because I was capping a flag only looking one direction the whole time" pilot, or "Oh, you want me to shoot something with the what? TV? what's that?" gunner

This kind of behavior is why I play on one server, and one server only, where I talk to the admins in TS quite a bit :) The group of players is full of "regulars", and new players who act like idiots are kicked or banned. Sure, sometimes the server gets full, but I would rather wait five minutes for a slot than play on another server where this kind of crap happens.

Yup, when i get in a server and i know there are mostly noobs in that server (because i played in it before and i know players that regularly play there) they know me, and when i say get out they normally get out. Some people just weren't cut out to be a good gunner or pilot that listens to the gunner so i always gun for myself because it's the only way to get in the high stats.

Yes, this is a tired old issue, but it sure feels good to express disgust for pinheads. On one game I was told by a pilot to let another gunner get in, and I obeyed, since I do not normally play that spot. They kicked tail that round too. I have also been wounded/killed when trying to get into a tank. One time I was running to a tank, and when I was about 5 ft away, some d&^khead on my own team shot me in the back and got into the tank. So, when I respawned, I C4'd his ass. LOL Fortunately, the admin saw what happened before, so the d&^khead was punted. :p
Someone else before said it well, that this is a part of the human condition: morons are going to play the game. I was banned from Blackwater server last week, and am still banned, just for asking if the server was lagging. It seems that some people playing and/or are admin don't know d^&k about computers, or the internet, or how they work. So, they smart off to you for asking a legit question, and then boot you when you throw their infantile **** back at them...Of course, the fact that I was handing their asses to them on the field probably had nothing to do with it either.....

I don't mind the noobs as long as they don't get me killed. One thing that I hate is, you get in chopper piloted by a noob and next thing you know, he crashes you, or even better he jumps out without any warnings.

It's simple - You wanna barge in and take any vehicle you want? play the single player with Bot's - Just remember that you are playing a game with people who have bought the game just like you. Have some manners. If you can't deal with that fact. any decent server won't suffer you for very long and you're going to spend most of your time looking at a punkbuster kicked messages..

from what I have reading from most of you self-claimed adults, is that you are ready to kick whenever someone who YOU deem to be unfit to step into a vehicle.

well, give me a list of "decent" servers like this so I can stay away from thme.
