I have recently ranked Lance Corp. and unlocked the M95. It certainly sucks to shoot it at running people (recoil, accuracy). But still I find it extremaly usefull for taking out the other snipers from level positions. Didn't try to get down the pilots yet, but will certainly do. Still I have exploded a few ATV's with it!! COOL!
it will ALWAYS do 95 damage, regardless of whether or not the target's armored.

About the M24: I really wanted to get a M95 to replace M24. It has so slooooooow reloading rate It sucks! Are you sure it's more accurate? I didn't get any more than 5 kills a round with it!
