YES u should be able to cuz i had the same specs but i had a 2.8 ghz processpr..but be ready for sum CPU lag....

You'll be lucky to even run it, much less at Medium settings.

With that setup it's all low and 800x600 for you...

I play with a similar setup @ 1024 x 768 on low without issue. Things jitter a bit when you first join a map, but after a minute it's silk for the rest of that map. Don't worry about it.

Just buy a nice video card like ati x800 or nvidia gt6800, and another 512MB ram.
