    Co-pilot heavily underestimated

    The co-pilot in Fighter/Bombers (Su-30, Su-34, and the F-15) is very underestimated...

You know, if the pilot helps you (flying slower, using more the chaingun instead of bombing only) you can easily own with the Laser-Guided missiles... This guy, Knight_of_Avalon is an awesome pilot... 2 rounds I flown with him: (Clean Sweep & Daqing)

Just see the pics, 33, 25 kills with no deaths. Actually, the 2nd pic shows that I have 1 death, it's because I asked the pilot to create a squad so I could spawn on him... So I suicided; and it was really worthy.

Yea, I had a good pilot yesterday, lining me up for shots, staying steady, most of the time you get some retard just flying all crazy.

I love being co-pilot, just requires a good pilot. Been a while since I've bothered though.

I love seeing positive co-pilot threads

I'm sick of reading threads where people are asking for the best ways to solo a 2 seater because they think co-pilots are unnecessary.

        Co-pilots all the way!

Got my Airial ribbons as co-pilot, laser guided bombs are deadly with a good team in a jet, in fact its nigh on impossible to kill a good pilot and if he reloads often then nothing larger than a jeep can survive on an open map.

Roger that. Played as bomber last night, and had my aerial service ribbon the first round I played on Kubra.

              Repeat

I had a great pilot! He lined me up for every shot, and named the base he was going for. Embarassing how easy the badge was, as I don't fly much.

the majorety of the ribbons are easy, the 15 mins in a round is hard if you have a naff pilot who crashes and cant evade missiles and enemy fighters. The badges are a real pain, 100 hours only for vet (silver) is really pathetic.

I enjoy being the co-pilot and using the TV missils. Every once in awhile I find a good pilot.

Usually, around the helicopter... there are 17 people jumping saying MINE MINE MINE...

Well, yesterday... I used the chopper all night... no one ever running to it...
2 people would always jump in but ONLY AS GUNNER...
one of them was always inside wating for me...
And I eint no expert... however... it was fun to dodge the Planes...
However... ya.. if I could dodge fighters... they werent experts..
Alwaly trying to lock on me... with the helo, against a plane lock... its easy to dodge since they go so fast

I fly as I do with the chopper; I act as both :P That way you don't have to re-arm everytime you wanna take something bigger out.

Try it :P Just don't forget to switch back quickly and apply thrust.

                            @ Churrasco

Very uderestimated, as a good gunner is the best thing around for your global score as a pilot, adding driver kill assists to your bomb and gun scores. If the pilot uses his bombs wisely and avoids TK's, a bomber team can easily go top of the tab every time. If they stay alive of course.
