If you're really in the team spirit shoot him and then revive him. You will only take a hit on 2 points and the idiot might acctaully live for a while before losing your team another ticket.

Either that or he will kill you after you revive him and then start a vote to have you kicked becasuse you're a team killer.

Whenever I play medic, I'm not really concerned about the well-being of everyone else. Sure, I might revive a few people or throw down a medic bag, but frankly I'm a medic primarily so that I can heal MYSELF rather than everyone else. It's a great way to kill-spree:p

See , I'm the opposite. I'm constantly listening to the radio and watching the minimap whilst playing Medic - I did it from when I first played and its just natural now. Spose if you don't 'grow up' with doing it then yeah

But uhm, being in a squad whilst you are Medic then you gotta look out for your squad first. If I see some guy two blocks away calling medic but our squad is rampaging to another flag, then its like 'sorry buster but i cant come revive you'. However I do try whenever I have time lol

As for the shock-paddle-kills - HAHA omg hell yeah. That REALLY ****es someone off

i tend to find the majority of classes in games are assualt or spec ops, leaving only about 4-5 medics 9out of a 64 player game 32 each side) so theres the high chance of them not being able to get to you, but in your case i see. for every person saved, another one dies.

Guys this is going to happen in pubs, regardless of what you do or say. I suggest finding a clan or a group of guys that like to play and have similar timezones. Just have fun.

And yet you fly a bomber? How do you revive people up there?

As a medic I revive anyone (within reason) and heal when I can. Most of the time though I play medic because of the more accurate gun.

ha ha on the first part. I have given up getting the basic knife badge accouple of times because I was a medic and the shock paddles were there.

but when Im a medic, Ill run forever to try and heal someone... even into artillary to try and save them (even though 99.9% of the time I die) I love to try and get my teammates back up and goin. I dont care if your a lone wolf, squad member or commander I will travel the world to try and help you.

A lot of times i want to play an assault kit, and since a medic does better for assault than the assault kit, i take medic, simple as that.

And when i want to play someone who revives and heal i also play medic, well i guess that's why i play medic all the time. (but on some maps i just go to frag alone as an assault medic)

Not for me. you can realy pwnd with the medic. look here:)

First I kill the guy who shoted my dear friend and then i canne shock his ass to be alive..

He may not go to the next world without my permission .

One time I had at the front at hotel by strike at karkand a 14 kills straight and 8 revives.

Only the commander started to bom it with arrtillery..
so everbody was dead. but not me.

So, I shoot my last ammo clip and the only thing I had was my medic bag and a freaking pistol against those automatic guns, with nobody alive and no kit to pick up. Sucks very bad, and then you will no you will be the next one

My last action was trying to hop away

and is it just me or am i the only guy who will run in front of an apc to revive a guy?
I do this all the freakin time and anyone who says you shouldn't is just a little biatch who cares about how many times he dies and all his precious stats rather than the purpose of a medic. If you have half a brain you wait till the apc's turret scans the area and run over but regardless, in real war medics run into direct fire to save friends and fellow soldiers. @least you have a chance if your revived to live on and kill the enemy or continue your flag cap. Or you can cry that you had to wait 10 more seconds to spawn, ridiculous. A thanks for trying would suffice...

When I (rarely) play medic, I always play it in squad, and I dedicate 99% of my attention to squad mates (if we're capping flag, I'll be concentrated to keep my squad mates alive, won't look around to see what lonewolfs need).

Maybe you just had bad luck, and had 5 medics from 5 squads around, who were more interested in squad mates

If am am in a squad (which is pretty much all the time) then I concentrate on the squad. If I happen across injured people that need health and revives I do it, but I need to keep pace with the squad and can't stop for everyone...

Thats usually me in a base vs a lone spec ops sitting in a newly spawned tank, i cant stab the tank to death so its gets a liberal coating of chocolate cookies. An inconsiderate player realises whats going on and get out of the tank so you can kill him easier. Then your stuck with a newly spawned tank covered in mines at a spawn point and blind team mates... always a punish. Even in the middle of no where someone will get in it, assuming for some reason that people get out of perfectly good armour for no reason. I do take mines up if they dont go off but i cant when im dead. /hate punish
Also as engineer desperate to get to 1000 repairs you spend a lot of time swearing at the screen as smoking vehicles wizz past to make a final hopeless charge at a dozen at rockets, refusing to call for repairs and not seeing the spanner in your hand. When they do call for repairs and once you've got over the shock, the tank keeps driving, sorry but i cant run as fast as a tank goes.

As medic i find it hard to establish sometimes who exactly is calling me or where they are, especially when the duracell bunnys/corpses are all over your screen in need of a recharge. Im not point shy and i do give the dead a premier service over the living but it would be nice if you could set up a medic tent so people had somewhere to go to, although it really wouldnt work well in the game. Another problem i have is trying to get people to stop chasing the medic in front of them, the medic in front can see me running to you from behind and knows he cant get there first so runs off, but the wounded chases him and so i have to chase the wounded and the medic that ran off is always a marathon runner.
                                I also wish people wouldnt die in stupid places and then scream for me to run in and revive them, i have simple rules;
if theres a tank parked on his skull DNR,
if uav says dead for a reason DNR,
if he tk'ed you earlier DNR,
if theres several corpses of medics stacked on top of each other DNR- shoot sniper.

Support is the best support role, everyone wants more grenades and even if they fired one bullet it only right i top them up and they always say thank you. Fortunately though most people die long before they run out of ammo, with the exception of aa vehicles and snipers, both of which will have managed to park themselves in the least accesable part of the map. No Mr Sniper, i aint taking 20 minutes out of my life going back to the base to get a chopper just so i can replenish you and then theres Mr sniper on a roof screaming for ammo.... not mentioning his claymore is right at the top of the only ladder, yes you see the warning but he did just ask you to come up. But a nice line of snipers would be the expert supply every round- aside from the hours.

Team points wise medic is now second to support on most servers, there are that many medics that work can be a little thin on the ground but for an all singing all dancing assault class medic is unstoppable, just when you treat the team points as an occasional bonus to your kill count it can become frustrating to the dead and dieing.
