Look people....I HAVE THE VETERAN TRANSPORT BADGE!!!

I'll say it once more...you can SHOOT people and get it. I ran over ZERO people, but SHOT 5 instead and immediately received the drumroll and silver badge.

Now then, with that said...again, the explanation of what a road kill you guys gave IS correct...but the badge requirements allow for shooting as well.

50 hours in transports is nothing when Vodniks and FAV's are the best anti helo vehicles in the game.

Lastly, with all awards I have found it best to have a little extra over the minimum requirements when dealing with time. Every time I tried for an award with just barely over the min...I didn't get it. I now make sure to have at least 15-20 minutes of overtime before attempting anything.

Even with ranks it's been this way for most of them. Anyone else get Sergeant 5 times in one night? And yes, the servers always updated within seconds of the map ending.

I have about 1,138 road kills. 200+ from transport alone. I will go out of my way to run a bad guy over. I have gone up hills, through yards and anywhere else I could to run somone over. Rammed them head on into walls, chased them into doorways and sometimes got them anyway. I have even run people over in the water with a boat. If they are out in the open, run em over. Why waste ammo?

By far the best feeling in the world is running over 5 guys at the same time while they were running through the hills together towards my flag. I laughed so hard I almost ****ed myself.

I got my vet transport by shooting down the havoc on sharqi with a vodnik. So no, they don't need to be road kills.

are you sure?? Well, anyways I got mine squishing n00bs on Dalian plant with a buggy (only it didn't award it too me :/ so I tried again) and on Night flight with an ATV (very fun =D )

Am I sure I sat in position 2 instead of actually moving the vehicle forward into the enemy whilst in position 1? Do I really need to answer that a 3rd time?

Transports have unlimited ammo...for the guy who mentioned wasting it.

When I'm playing commander, I usually sit in a jeep to keep the hours going for whatever class and for transport.

The best is when you hit the horn coming from behind, and the enemy turn around or stop because they think it is their team mate trying to get them to jump in.. Before they realize you are an enemy they are squished flat. I laugh so hard.

I've been driving around like mad but i can't even get BASIC Transport!
I've wasted whole rounds driving people around like a mad TAXI driver but still no thank you from Ea.
WTF am I doing wrong guys ?

you dont have to drive people around to get your basic transport, just sit in a transport vehicle for 10 minutes and you'll have it. Thats how i got mine on Karkland i just sat in a jeep for 10 minutes and yea i got my basic transport lol.

i think im not that bad with "road kills" lol.

i made a total of 2800 ish kills with vehicles (all , incl anti ground/anti air , transport , aviator , copter, armor) and around 280 roadkills ^^

I got mine running people over. With a buggy. On Wake Island.

As someone with 893 road kills in the transport vehicles, I can testify to the fun and ease with which you can smear people all over the road.

This is the easiest way to get it...as an American, at the beginning of the round, grab an enemy FAV and head to the airfield at full speed, it's hella easy to run over all of the idiots that are sitting around waiting for a jet/chopper.

i used to wonder how i got road kills from AA and the TOWS..lol.... i just recently figured how they classify it .....:)

now im at 51hrs still no badge

before bf2s.com updated i was at 303 roadkills, and after a few rounds it went up to 330
