It seems to me, now that EA is fixing thier bugs with patches and doing what some have requested, people will always find something wrong with this game. I seen some bugs like seeing guys legs through walls while they are proned in the corner and difficult jumping over certain places in maps, but overall, it's a great play.
I didnt know that you were the spokes person for this forum. If this post was so lame then why did you take take time to vote and post? lol. You think that the UAV has saved you many times. How many times have you been killed because "YOU" were on the "enemies" UAV.
P.S. Dont waste our time with your foolish reply.
Looking through your short history on this forum, you don't have a single useful post, period. Just endless bitching, and bitching at people who criticize your bitching. Pi$$ Off.
The UAV is too powerful, which is why they're allowing players to shoot it down.
It doesn't matter. I can't wait to stab dudes in the throat while they are trying to get a shot off at my uav. See how I can just see the silver lining in most clouds.
Basically, EA's reasoning was their n00b friendly approach. As a rule of thumb: if an 8 year old who's never played a video game would think it's cool and it would help them, then it was considered. Hence, the commander mode was created.
Why complain...Its part of the game, just use it to your advantage.
Yeah, like anyone can do THAT anymore. The people with no life that play BF2 all day are now the only ones capable of being commander. So while a team of people can have a well thought-out strategy, some moron with nothing else to do than play an undersupported game can use his pseudo-hack commander toys to ensure that nothing goes on except for blind rushes at flags. At least in Battlefield 1942 considering what the enemy might do was a factor.

I've never had a problem finding a server that I could Command on since day 1.

Your "team of people with a well thought-out strategy" can never match what the Commander sees in a scan, or zooming in on the field, combined with what ALL the other squads are involved with / doing.

The Commander in BF2 considers what other enemy squads may do, and compiles that information into the next command delivered to his squads. If you want to bitch about it, post a link to your stats so we can check out your Commander stats. Otherwise, STFU and wait your turn to Command.
You're just another whiny bitc|-| who populates these forums with their adolescent attitude, and adds no helpful content whatsoever.

I asked you not to reply with a usless comment. But you went and did it anyway. Sine you are the one that started the"bitching" about my post maybe you should look in the mirror. Should I end my my post telling you to go Pi$$ off?
A lot of people come up with ways to make BF2 MORE realistic so I find it quite refreshing that somebody actually wants it to be slightly less (IMO) realistic.
That said, I find the UAV very useful both as a player and as a commander for the SHORT time that it is airborne. Don't like it ? Wait for the patch and spend your time shooting it down, job done!
