Specifically point 5.1, which refers to:

Why would you make the bombs laser guided? Than jets can fly as high as they can drop bombs and resupply drop bombs and so on. I like the idea but at least let it take some skill to bomb and let the them have some fun. This is coming from a helo/plane whore.

The original poster is not talking about laserguided. Just being able to light up a box on smaller targets than armor by putting a scope on them. The pilot would still have to aim his bombs.
