I wait for them to come close to the shore with my knife / shock paddles, I can always stab them before they draw, then they will be trapped in water, since I can run faster than they swim :).

"gentelmens agreements" disappeared with the Colonial times -- this isn't "The Patriot", its modern warfare, kill them, swimming or not...

no shooting swimmers is just like no base raping.

I usually feel bad when shooting at someone in the water. Of course it's his mistake for getting himself into this situation in the first place... But I still feel guilty. That's why I always try to use my pistol against someone swimming.
Sometimes I'll also wait for them on shore with the knife in my hands
I just like the fun aspect of a game. I might also give one a chance he didn't deserve because I saw him first. But then I'll draw the knife and see if he draws it too. Had many good knife fights that way. Usally only works with the "older" gamer generation tho'...

Anyone here remember the good old Delta Force days where you had the underwater pistol, and where the medic was the best swimmer of all getting knife kill after knife kill under water? Hell you could even chose a divers equipment.

I think its fun to shoot swimmers, I esspecially like to switch to single shot or burst mod and try and pick them off carefully to keep my accuracy up, Im making th push to get from 26% back to 27%, and utimatly 30% overall. Killing swimmers is fun,.....

why do people go into water ? sure not for fun , no , but to get behind you (or mates whatever) to attack them from a place they didnt expect it (or on karkarnd to cap the rear flags). Now why should i let them go out of the water (and let them eventually kill me) so they can do whatever they intended to do ? It would be stupid.

If they get into the water, and I'm close then, long story short, it sucks to be them.

Anyway, being honourable is a good part of this game. That means NOT to ruin the game for others by using glitches, cheats and so on. But killing helpless victims in wierd and/or hysterically humorous way is cool.
Really. If you kill me in a way that makes me chuckle, I'll congratulate you.
You just elevated my gaming experience.

But if you kill me while exploiting a glitch or simmilar, then I'll curse and swear until George W. Bush get some intelligence. Forever that is.

I prefer not to shoot at people who swims.

If I can, I try to see where they're heading, and try to stand there when they're almost in land...

To swing with the knife once or twice to signal to them is my style
