I see alot of people in here with 64-Bit spec's in there sigs, or they tell of how they are building 64-Bit machines.

Me and my freind are going to build 64-Bit computers, Mine is the AMD 4000. He already has his 3200, and he has a 64--bit patch for farcry, with 64-bit windows.

Im going to install 64 Bit windows when i get my processor, and im wondering if EA is going to release a 64-Bit Patch like other Companies are doing?

It would certainly improve performance drastically.

I would prefer that they fix existing bugs first before creating more.

I can't see EA doing this. Too much work for not much $$$. They can be busy making map packs expansions etc... that have a much greater return.

Perhaps on BF3-64 on Windows Vista now that 64 bit is made by Intel+AMD.

you can download windows xp 64 bit edition from microsoft here for free - Its a six month trial version but I havent installed it yet
