to make mooonnney which is what they are doing, EA know we will buy it, and if you had something you knew millions of people would pay for , would you sell it or give it away?

lol sorry, but i just thought what would i do in their situation. and tbh i think theres too much added stuff with it to just be a patch, at least there not making it a $30 exp pack, id probably pay that tho too.......

at the end of the day i have spent lets say 60 bucks on the bf2 and bf sf and play roughly 2 hours a day. say bf2 has been out 8 months, thats almost 600 hours of fun, i think 600 (and still going up)hours of fun for only $60 is a bad deal.
expecially when comparing it to those damn stupid , rip of pay as you play online MMPORG or whatever there called, WOW and COH

BF2 $49.99 + $29.99 + $9.99 + $9.99= $99.96

If it bothers you like it does me, don't buy it. I wont. I bought SF and since time has gone by, I don't feel it was worth it. The game is still incomplete for what they are still advertising, all the little thing's add up.

EA isnt the person who makes this game....... DICE makes the game EA is basically just the publisher, so dont rip on something that you have no knowledge about. Also think and read intensly b4 pressing enter because this patch is at no cost to us, it is only the 2 booster packs that are money. Read inbetween those lines. :)

Great another wasted thread on a petition against EA/Dice in regarding the Booster Packs. I have seen this at several other sites. If you don't like the game or what its providing to the community then stop playing. But don't post something like this. Its very simple..... don't buy anymore EA products then. I think these Booster packs are going to be great like how Special Forces has given the community night maps and less jet/helo whoring maps. But with these future packs there is going to be one where you can do all the Tank/APC whoring you want.

well, i know im not gona be buying it... i would suggest most everyone else do the same... EA has a terrible habbit of pushing an uncomplete game out the door. Their the Micro$oft of the gaming world, and it sux. They end up supporting a company only to later practically gut it and fill their stomachs w/ the remaining profit margins as long as they can... their just a big corporat monster. they give gaming a bad name.

battlefield 2 is the first ea game i've purchased in about 5 years, and i luv it to death, but the amount of servers that have unbearable lag is just ****ing stupid.

i picked up the expantion earlier today, but i can promis you it'll be the last one i pick up unless EA gets off their money-hungry asses and actually make a game w/ as little bugs and flaws as possible

No one is making you buy it. Just because you posted a crappy thread on this forum doesn't mean that EA is going to give you the booster pack for free. Stop posting stupid threads like this.

Actually, Dice only makes less than 40% of the game. EA owns something like 60+% of Dice. That is a majority of the controlling interest of anything that goes out the door.
