Heh, yes I DO have a dual-core CPU--- DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2200 MHz (11 x 200) 4400+. You need to stop assuming, SNIPE. :)

i have the same cpu and it was driving me batty untill i found that somewhere. can really remember. i think it was on DSLreports forum somewhere. of course that was after rewiring the network at home and all the driver updates and things i tried first. i even switched back to ethernet cable from my fiber to see if that was a issue. such a pain
