Re: Multiple computers behind router - problems with multiplayer
Amazingly I just got a Pre N router and i am having the same issue.
Computers alone will play well online but when two computers get online, everything becomes poo. Lagginess and a lot of jumpiness. Ping times are what they are normally at for both computers ( 20-80) The second one computer gets off the other computer has no lag whatsoever. This is not just when both computers are on the same server but also when they are just playing BF2 online in different servers.
I used to use a linksys router ( not wireless though) and had no problem.
I adjusted DMZ for first one and then both computers with no luck.
Now my roommate is playing SF while i search the internet for a solution. No luck finding anything.
Please help.
