Down here as well. Just tried to log on to join a friend. Not being able to play is a bitch, but not being able to play while your friends can is even worse

At times like this, you need to form angry mods and send letter bombs to Electronic Arts. It's frustrating as hell to think you paid for this. Just gotta wait guys. This reminds me of the the huge PB error they had and no-one could play on any pb server without getting kicked. Horrible day. They'll be done soon on whatever they're ATTEMPTING to fix.

Seems that some people are connecting, why is that? This happened before when there were updating server or patch is getting ready to be released.

I don't think anyone is managing to connect.

10 minutes ago ASE was reporting that there were 3000 people online and now there are only 2000. If you were playing before the server crash then you should still be able to play until you disconnect.

Even if it's a patch I still wont be happy, it's like taking a dump on your doorstep and saying it's ok because it will attract more flies.

Its gamespy's fault, not EAs. Gamespy websites don't work + Gamespy games like bf2 and command&conquer don't work..

i hate the way when the servers are down and your trying to log in your just left hanging there...... they could at least make a message saying there is a problem with the servers
